It turned out that my young Friesian horse, after being reared, needed to go to the equine clinic for surgery on its hind legs. A castration was also performed during that procedure. This had a significant impact on the subsequent period, and my initial plan had to be adjusted after the procedure. The clinic prescribed a strict three-month rehabilitation program, which I couldn't follow myself.

Through a mutual friend, I found Ocean Equine Wellness. I was nervous about entrusting my horse to someone else during that vulnerable time, but from the very first meeting, it felt right. My horse came almost straight from the field and was therefore still very "green." Nevertheless, as soon as the schedule allowed, he was given daily exercise by hand. Thanks to Mireille's calm, respectful, and consistent approach, my young, untrained horse learned a lot during his rehabilitation and not only recovered well but also behaved well.

My horse has been through an intense process, both physically and mentally, since he left the rearing system, but thanks to Mireille's expert, careful, and loving approach, he's now a healthy, happy, and well-behaved horse in the pasture.
